Blackstone home sale prices remain largely undisclosed in August deed filings
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 12 property transfers in Blackstone between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one disclosed a sale price: a $360,000 transaction recorded Aug. 10 involving sellers Eric and Christina Robeau and buyer Unibank For Savings. The remaining 11 deeds listed no consideration amount, including several involving banks or mortgage companies as named parties and three recordings tied to the Fox Run Road condominium complex. With pricing disclosed on just one of 12 deeds, the data does not support conclusions about overall market direction or pricing trends this period.
