Board of Health accepts February minutes, approves payroll and inspections invoice.

Board of Health · Meeting of March 3, 2026

Blackstone Board of Health unanimously approves payroll and vendor invoice. Health Agent Colleen M. Strapponi reported winter weather disrupted trash collection, with Monday's route missed; residents were offered the option to drop up to three bags at the Recycling Center or receive three additional bags curbside the following week.

The board approved Health Agent payroll for February 15–28, 2026, and authorized payment of $500 to SD Inspections. Strapponi is monitoring ongoing property compliance issues at multiple addresses, including a structure at 41 Carter Avenue that collapsed from snow load but has since been brought into compliance.
