Blackstone Board of Health approves payroll for Health Agent in routine meeting. Chairman Joshua J. Ryan, Vice-Chairman Kevin J.
Ryan, and member Peter C. Ryan, Sr. unanimously approved payroll covering December 7 through January 3, 2026, for Health Agent Colleen M. Strapponi.
The board received updates on the curbside trash and recycling program, ongoing property compliance inspections at multiple town addresses, installation of air sensory devices at Town Hall and the recycling center, and increased COVID and influenza activity since Thanksgiving according to the Blackstone Valley Partnership for Public Health.
