BLACKSTONE — Board of Health reorganizes, unanimously levies $5,000 fine for third tobacco violation. Joshua J. Ryan was re-elected Chairman and Kevin J.
Ryan as Vice-Chairman following the town election. The board voted unanimously to fine a business owner $5,000 and impose a 21-day suspension for a third tobacco compliance violation within 36 months. Health Agent Colleen M.
Strapponi reported ongoing joint property inspections and is working with the property owner at 18 Rayner St. toward compliance with sanitary conditions.
