BLACKSTONE — The Blackstone Board of Health unanimously approved a 1.19 percent annual budget increase for the Central Massachusetts Mosquito Control Project. Chairman Joshua J. Ryan, Vice-Chairman Kevin J.
Ryan, and member Peter C. Ryan, Sr. also unanimously approved payroll for Health Agent Colleen M. Strapponi and three vendor permits: annual mobile food service for Little B's BBQ, a one-day permit for Thankful Everyday by Kelsey, and a 2026 summer camp operating permit for the Blackstone Valley Boys and Girls Club, all contingent on receipt of required documentation.
Health Agent Strapponi reported ongoing property inspections at four town addresses, including a pending Title 5 septic inspection at 291 Lincoln Street.
