Blackstone Board of Selectmen approves home occupation license for CPR trainer. The board unanimously approved a Home Occupation License for Dion Puleo, operating Ready to Rescue at 196 Blackstone Street. The board also unanimously released a certificate not to encumber on 68 Main Street, a 2008 housing assistance lien that completed its 15-year occupancy requirement.
Chairman Daniel Keefe and the board expressed interest in reviving the town's inactive Housing Rehabilitation Program, which holds over $212,000 in repayments, with plans to target assistance to elderly or vulnerable residents and explore administrative structure and grant match opportunities in future meetings.
