BLACKSTONE — Conservation Commission approves ANRAD for 41 Carter Avenue after closing public hearing. Chairman Jordan Andrade and all seven members present voted unanimously to approve the Abbreviated Notification of Resource Area Delineation filing. The commission also accepted February and March minutes and approved $120 payment to Recording Secretary Tracey Ante.
A Notice of Intent for 155 Lakeshore Drive was rescheduled pending receipt of a Department of Environmental Protection file number; Conservation Agent John Lopez provided guidance on required filings related to a 1989 Order of Conditions.
