Council on Aging approves December minutes, plans trips and events.

Blackstone Council on Aging approved prior meeting minutes and reviewed winter programming. Chairperson Jay DiLibero reported the congregate lunch program with Tri-Valley succeeded in January; February birthday bash will feature a pasta bar and entertainment February 24 at noon. Outreach Coordinator Donna Marcotte said the Property Tax Work Off program is at capacity.

The council announced a new registration desk with a greeter and plans future trips to Pennsylvania Dutch and the Tall Ships exhibition in Boston. Winter transportation in January totaled 178 medical and 197 non-medical rides.
