That figure currently doubles as the period's price range and median, since the other 10 deeds have no price yet, a normal reporting lag at the registry. Two of those pending deeds, at 246 and 280 Blackstone St., share a street. Eight of the 11 deeds listed a bank or mortgage-related entity as a party.
