Only one of six Blackstone deeds recorded in July discloses a sale price

Six property deeds were recorded in Blackstone between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one disclosed a sale price: $200,000, for a property sold July 9 by Michael J. and Paula M. Budnick to Citizens Bank NA. That transaction sets both the price range and median at $200,000, since no other recorded deed included consideration data. The remaining five transfers, on Residential Lane, David Drive, Ascension Street, and two units at 96 Main Street, listed no sale price. Two of the six deeds -- the main parcel and Unit 1 at 96 Main Street -- were recorded on the same day, July 8, with different sellers. With pricing disclosed for only one of six transactions, the data does not support a read on market tone this period.
