BLACKSTONE — Planning Board tables Goddard Street application, advances zoning bylaw revisions. The board voted unanimously to defer the 32 Goddard Street special permit subdivision application to February 5 pending engineering updates and applicant communication. Chairman Paul Marvelle, Vice Chairman Owen Bebeau, Kirk Van Dyke, Joe Belrose, and Joe Emidy approved a unanimous motion directing consultant Gino Carlucci to prepare a revised zoning bylaw draft for the Board of Selectmen ahead of Town Meeting, incorporating updated accessory dwelling unit standards and side and rear yard footage requirements consistent with village overlay provisions.

Attorney Dan Doyle presented plans to redevelop the old Federated Church property into a modern two-story office complex, noting potential parking shortfalls under current code.
