BLACKSTONE — Planning Board tables two major applications, advances mixed-use project. Vice Chairman Owen Bebeau led the March 5 meeting, which included members Kirk Van Dyke, Joe Belrose, and Mike Savard, along with new Town Planner Bruce Webb and consultant Gino Carlucci. The board voted unanimously to table the 19 Mendon Street site-plan review and the 202 Elm Street earth-removal application to April, and imposed a $10,000 peer-review fee on the earth-removal project and a $5,000 fee on the Butler Street mixed-use development, both from Tetra Tech.
The Butler Street application--a 16-unit apartment complex with single-family and duplex components--was continued to April after the board found the Zoning Board approval non-compliant with updated unit counts and required new stormwater review.
