Selectmen defer Route 1 endorsement and veteran housing pledge

BLACKSTONE — Selectmen workshop defers bike route endorsement to February. The eight-minute Board of Selectmen session heard Town Administrator Lovett report on Department of Public Works response to recent water main breaks and snowstorm damage. Chairman Daniel Keefe deferred discussion of US Bicycle Route 1 endorsement, which extends from Maine to Florida seeking support from 37 Massachusetts communities, and a municipal pledge to support veteran housing to the February 24 meeting.
The board also received notice of a KnowBe4 Cybersecurity Grant and reported a $1,450 auction sale of the Senior Center's Ford Escape.
