Blackstone Zoning Board of Appeals postpones Monica Lane variance hearing. Chairman Marc Gregoire and the board unanimously continued the side setback variance application for 2 Monica Lane (Section 123-13, Intensity of Use Schedule) to May 20, 2026, citing the applicant's need for surveyor access after snow melts. The applicant was directed to prepare all necessary paperwork.
The board also unanimously approved payment of a $60 invoice for the recording secretary's February minutes and accepted prior month's meeting minutes.
