Zoning Board refunds variance fee, continues Monica Lane hearing

Blackstone Zoning Board votes unanimously to refund variance application fee for 45 County Street after Building Commissioner Vincenzo Tirone said relief was no longer needed. Chairman Marc Gregoire, Vice Chairperson Lori Poirier, and members Gary Jolicoeur and Haley Pimenta approved the reimbursement; member Bob Holmes was absent. The board also accepted January minutes, paid three invoices totaling $1,129.73, and continued a side setback variance hearing for 2 Monica Lane to March 18, 2026.
Chairman Gregoire announced an opening for a volunteer on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
