State Park Agency Seeks Easement for Bike Path in Blackstone

The state's Department of Conservation and Recreation has asked the city of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, to grant a half-acre easement across city-owned land in Blackstone so a proposed bike path can pass near a reservoir and a closed landfill, with water-safety terms for the crossing still unresolved.
