Few Prices Recorded as 10 Properties Change Hands in Blackstone
Blackstone recorded 10 property transfers between July 24 and August 22, but only three had a sale price recorded. Those three ranged from $66,623 to $300,000, with a median of $260,000. The period's top recorded sale was 38 Farnum St., which sold for $300,000 on July 24 from Marc and Emily Hurteau to Tracey J. and Kenneth M. Jobin. Farm Street saw two separate transfers, one recorded at $260,000. Several other recorded transfers involved mortgage servicers or lenders as sellers, and none of those had a price recorded. With 70 percent of transfers lacking price data, overall market tone cannot be determined from this dataset alone.
