Blackstone home sales span $19,079 to $645,000 as most prices await registry update
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Blackstone from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3. Only four carried a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $19,079 to $645,000, with a median of $315,000 among those four. The top recorded sale was 180 Lincoln St at $645,000 on Sept. 9, sold by Benjamin Gallant to Mortgage Research Center LLC and Veterans United Home Loans. Eight of the 12 transfers show price not yet available, a normal reporting lag rather than nondisclosure. Several deeds named banks or mortgage-servicing entities as a party, and two appear to be family or trust transfers.
