Blackstone Records Dozen Sales in Late Summer, but Prices Mostly Still Pending
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 Blackstone property sales between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Only one transaction has a confirmed price so far: $305,000, for a property sold Aug. 25 by Miranda Lee Hamel and Miranda Cloutier to Megan and Thomas Cormier. Prices for the other 11 sales, including transfers on Mendon Street, Main Street and Lincoln Street, had not yet posted to the registry. Four of the 12 sales listed a bank as seller, and one sale involved a condominium trust. With most price data still pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from price alone.
