Just One of 11 Blackstone Property Transfers Reports a Sale Price
Eleven property transfers were recorded in Blackstone between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one carried a sale price by the time records were compiled: a $675,000 sale with Linda I. Carter and Bruce A. Carter as sellers and the Federal Housing Commissioner as buyer. That figure serves as both the period's price range and median, since no other transfer has a recorded price yet. Price data for the remaining 10 transfers, including two on Blackstone Street, has not yet posted to the registry. With such limited pricing available, no read on market tone can be drawn from this period's data.
