Blackstone Council on Aging approved prior minutes and heard a director's report on spring events and policy matters. Director Tiziana Milano reported April activities drew 157 unduplicated attendees with three new members; upcoming trips include October's New Hampshire Turkey Train, open to non-seniors age 21 and older. April transportation logged 170 medical and 218 non-medical trips.

The Friends Group is fundraising through raffles, candy sales, and commemorative mugs marking the 250th U.S. anniversary. Long-serving driver Eddie departs May 15.
